Coral - Customer liaison
Coral has worked in public relations and advertising for the past five
years and has a wealth of experience when dealing with people.
Coral deals with all our Spanish
property management enquiries from both our owners and their guests.
She will be on call for your guests upon their arrival in Spain and
will deal with any enquiries or problems they may have. She will be
responsible for our 'Guest Services', organising welcome packs, tourist
information or flowers for your property, and making your guests feel
comfortable and welcome from the minute they arrive. In our experience,
your guests are much more likely to look after your property is they
feel you gone to a lot of trouble to make it clean and welcoming.
Our villa maintenance inspectors
Under the terms of our Spanish property management contract, our property
maintenance inspectors will visit your property on a regular basis,
checking the property is clean and tidy, testing appliances and security
systems if applicable, and generally making sure your property is safe
and exceptionally well maintained in your absence. His contact number
will be left with your guests in case of emergency.
