Ann - Customer liaison
Ann has worked in public relations for many years and has a wealth of experience when dealing with people.

Ann deals with all our customer enquiries from both our owners and their guests. She will be on call for your guests upon their arrival in Spain and will deal with any enquiries or problems they may have. She will be responsible for our 'Guest Services', organising welcome packs, tourist information or flowers for your property, and making your guests feel comfortable and welcome from the minute they arrive. In our experience, your guests are much more likely to look after your property is they feel you gone to a lot of trouble to make it clean and welcoming.

Paul - Our maintenance inspector
Under the terms of our maintenance contract, Paul will visit your property on a regular basis, checking the property is clean and tidy, testing appliances and security systems if applicable, and generally making sure your property is safe and exceptionally well maintained in your absence. His contact number will be left with your guests in case of emergency.

Debbie - Advertising and cleaning contracts
Debbie worked in the villa rentals business for three years prior to joining Citrus Villa Care. She has worked in internet advertising and dealt with owners and guests enquiries regarding property rentals.

She deals with the internet advertising of your property. If this service is required by our owners, she will set up your advertising with two leading holiday rental websites plus design a 'brochure' for you on our own website. She also looks after the cleaning contracts and laundry, organising our team of cleaners and 'spot checking' properties to make sure they are tip top order once the cleaners have finished.

Debbie handles all the booking arrangements, vetting your clients, taking bookings and refundable damage deposits, and banking your money for you. She will also deal with any pre-holiday enquiries, keep your booking calendars and availability charts, and release the damage deposits back to your guests by cheque if no damage has been incurred during their stay.

We also have a team of reliable and trustworth cleaners, plus local tradesmen - plumber, electrician, carpenter and pool cleaner that we use in order to keep your spanish property in top notch condition.
